How long does it last and how often can you repeat it?
Full effect for 6–10 weeks depending on how often you wash. Since it is nourishment (not aggressive chemistry), it can be repeated every 2–3 months; on very damaged hair I plan 2–3 back-to-back sessions to rebuild in layers.
